Three days of trail running from a mountain village in Dorida, above the Corinthian gulf. The Wolf, 57 km, climbs from Tihio's stone amphitheatre onto the ridges, drops to the villages above the sea at Sergoula, takes an old cobbled climb with Trizonia below and tops out at 1,522 m before a long descent through the firs. The Deer, 30 km, goes straight up to the wind turbine at 1,527 m, with Vardousia and Giona in view. There are 20, 10 and 11 km races too, and the 104 km stage race: Friday evening from the beach at Sergoula, Saturday the Wolf, Sunday a loop past the Varnakova monastery, with nights in yurts.
