Two castles and an olive grove above the Ionian: the 15.5 km «Olive Grove Trail» leaves Parga's waterfront, climbs the old town's steps past the Venetian castle, drops to Valtos beach and then climbs 300 m through the Venetian olive grove to Ali Pasha's castle above Anthousa, before a long run back down to the sea. A 5K on Agia Eleni hill and an aquathlon round the Panagia islet share the morning.
