A mountain half marathon on Kallidromo, from the square of Palaiochori. You climb 600 m through kermes oak and old oaks into the fir forest, run high above the Asopos gorge and reach the refuge and the high point at about 1,100 m. Then down past Lake Nevropoli into the big descent: 500 m in four kilometres to the square. The 10K has its own climb to the lake, at up to 22%.
