Racing beneath the monasteries: from the square of Kastraki the 22K follows the old monk paths and rock-cut steps between the conglomerate towers of Meteora, about 1,150 m of climbing in short, sharp pieces, the worst of them 130 m at 26%, with very little of it runnable at pace. **No 2026 edition was found**, so check with the club before planning.
