Kithaironas Trail

The Kithaironas Trail takes you from Erythres to the top of Kithaironas, an hour from Athens. The Sky 25K climbs through the fir forest to the refuge and out onto the ridge, with a view to the Corinthian Gulf. From there you follow the E22 marks over bare rock, with no path, to Elatias at 1,409 m. Then you cross the Three Peaks and drop almost 1,000 m to the square, on rock and technical trail.
