IRONMAN 70.3 Costa Navarino swims 1.9 km in the calm north-east corner of Navarino Bay. Then come two rolling laps of bike, 90 km through the Messinian olive groves, and a flat half marathon through Gialova and round the Divari lagoon to a finish on the beach. Late-October sun, and a sea that is still warm.
