A skyrace that leaves the stone theatre at the Krya springs and goes straight up the mountain of the Muses. The 38 km climbs past Livadeia's Catalan castle and through fir forest to Kapsala at 1,547 m, the last two kilometres at up to 30%. Then it drops 650 m to the square of Elikonas village, climbs again over Xirovouni and plunges back to the springs: about 2,200 m of climbing on an ISF-certified course. The 26 km runs the second half from the relay handover; the 14 km and 5.6 km take the hills above the town.
