Dadia Trail Run

The points that decide the race: technical sections, stations, climbs, summits and what to watch for generally.

• Station 1km 3.5First station, with the ground still easy. From here the course stays inside the pine and oak of the park until the village at the end.
• Main stationkm 7.5This and km 12 are the only two full tables, with gels, bars and magnesium. The ground tilts from here.
• Station 3km 10The third of five stations in the first 13.5 km: in Evros in September you will use them all.
• Station 4km 12The second full station, gels and magnesium again, and the foot of the main climb: about 3 km of steady up to the top of Gibrena.
• Station 5km 13.5Last full station before the top. The summit at km 15 is a water point only, and the rocky 4 km of descent after it are the section the organisers single out for care.
• Gibrena summit water pointkm 15Every bib is recorded at the top; miss the check and your race does not count. The first 600 m of descent are shared with runners still climbing.
• Last stationkm 19Then 2.5 km of easy dirt road and 1.5 km of asphalt through the village to the finish.
• Waterkm 22Water on the asphalt run-in through the village, a kilometre from the square.
