A February Sunday morning on the Malakasa hills, the quiet north-east end of Parnitha, 40 minutes from Athens. The 24K drops 320 m to the low ground by Sfendali, rolls along it for 7 km, then spends 10 km climbing back, with the steepest stretch around km 18. The 11K and 6K stay higher, on the same mix of forest road and trail. About 560 runners finished the three in February 2026.
